Terrible. Lets mask the pain and misdiagnose. Oh, lets have you RUN on 4-6% incline because "it's your Gait" and nothing else. Meanwhile, a stress fracture is brewing. Put you in a boot, 3 months after you seeked out guidance. Show up Friday afternoon (before closing) to get the "Shoe" for the other foot, only to be told by the "assistant" oh, I can't go back in, I'm being told no more overtime (it wasn't closing time yet, he was leaving early). Excellent experience. All staff are professional, friendly, helpful and caring. Dr. Prebish is outstanding. It's apparent that the culture of the entire practice is one that focuses on the patient's care through respect and compassion. My foot would require surgery. I was given detailed information about my injury, the process necessary to correct it, and the required recovery. I never felt rushed during the appointment, in fact quite the opposite. I would highly recommend this practice.
This is a very well run organization with top notch Doctors and support staff. I have been treated in a professional delicate manner before, during and after my surgical procedure. Dr. Jessica Prebish was very detailed in her explanation to me about my problem, correcting procedure and recovery. Amanda, their scheduling manager, was very helpful in getting me locked in with the surgical center and that went flawless! I recommend this organization 100%.
