Outstanding experience from start to finish. We initially tried Duly Health and Care, but the earliest ultrasound appointment available was four days away. While looking for alternatives, I had several things to confirm insurance coverage, whether ultrasounds are done for 6-year-old children, and the specific type of scan required. Briana (front desk) was incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to walk me through every detail and ensuring everything was verified before the appointment. Dr. Rizvi is an exceptional doctor. When my 4-year-old began complaining of foot pain, I contacted Dr. Rizvi’s office and was able to secure a same-day appointment. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Rizvi and his staff made my son feel comfortable and completely at ease, eliminating the usual stress associated with doctor visits. I had my first visit today at Advance Foot and Ankle Center of Illinois the moment I walked in it was a welcoming experience the receptionist was very nice care person and also Dr. Risvi very nice too. He explained my opinions and all I can say is I wish I would had found them earlier. I can tell now I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel and as tonight I’m not in the terrible pain that I walked in at the office. Hoping that my recovery comes completely.Thank you Dr Risvi.

Been dealing with different issues causing foot pain intermittently for over a year now. I have seen other doctors, but none who did such a good job of explaining the issue and cause, treating the symptom, and giving thorough recommendations to alleviate the root cause. It was only the first visit, but feeling great with my choice of doctors.
