Outstanding experience from start to finish. We initially tried Duly Health and Care, but the earliest ultrasound appointment available was four days away. While looking for alternatives, I had several things to confirm insurance coverage, whether ultrasounds are done for 6-year-old children, and the specific type of scan required. I've been dealing with foot pain for close to two years, and two podiatrists I've gone to weren't able to help me out and provide relief. Dr. Rizvi was able to provide relief that both diagnosed what was causing it and gave me options and orthotics that have completely removed the pain. His office staff is incredibly kind, and Dr. Rizvi was very informative and listened to my issues. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a podiatrist.
Dr. Rizvi is an exceptional doctor. When my 4-year-old began complaining of foot pain, I contacted Dr. Rizvi’s office and was able to secure a same-day appointment. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Rizvi and his staff made my son feel comfortable and completely at ease, eliminating the usual stress associated with doctor visits. Dr Rizvi was very professional and so was the office staff. Courteous and immediately took me in without much wait at all. Overall very happy with services and will strongly recommend.
Dr. Rizvi was very helpful with my ingrown toenail. I was SO scared!!! I had put this off for 4 months. He made sure I was comfortable and helped to calm my nerves with reassurance that taking care of this was the best option.
