They were so so precious from the beginning to the end Diamond welcome me in and helping me and oh my God I never took x-rays like that. That was so easy. The girl was so sweet and gentle with my foot doctor. My doctors were just excellent from beginning to end I just appreciate them so much and encouraging me and letting me know that I’m on the right track. I saw Dr. Young. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, great bedside manner for those that need that and explained my procedure and post op very clearly and in detail. She’s very easy to talk to and I felt completely comfortable with her in the operating room and during multiple appointments so far. I’ve had a great experience with this office including with the surgery scheduler. Clean facility, good customer service. Would highly recommend for any foot or ankle related pain or issues.
I can’t remember how long it’s been since I first went to see them for the first time. Maybe 10 years. Anyway Dr. Terry Clarke doesn’t mess around. I also don’t feel rushed. I’m able to get all the things off my chest that are bothering me with my feet, toes, nails etc. and I have enough time to remember what It was that I forgot. Dr. Clarke is caring, understanding, and gentle. He explains the situation in common terms I understand and answers any questions patiently. He's performef 2 minor issues on my feet and is gentle and NO PAIN!!! Staff is also courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this practice!
Foot and Ankle Specialists is the only place I would recommend on the East Coast to go to with a foot or ankle problem. We had been told after another foot surgeon had literally ruined my husband’s foot, that the only thing that would stop the pain was amputation because the wound could not be healed. By some fluke, I found Dr. Clarke when I needed a podiatrist. We had recently moved to the area. It was the best”fluke” I have ever made.
