My experience was amazing! I called on Wednesday to see if there was any openings and they were able to schedule me the next day! How amazing is that! I have had extreme pain on my feet and Dr. Olsen eased my mind! Dr. Olsen is so patience he listens to your concerns. He makes sure that you leave with all your questions answered! Dr. Olsen and staff were extremely accommodating for a last second much needed appointment! Dr Olsen was extremely attentive, explained all procedures thoroughly, and made the experience a great one. Would recommend anyone to see Dr. Olsen and his top notch staff.
From the moment I first arrived until my post op appointment. I was treated with respect and compassion. Dr. Olsen and his staff did everything possible to assess my issue and provide multiple courses of treatment. He was very thorough when explaining my possible treatments up to and including the surgery I ended up having. No offense, but I hope I never have to be his patient again. However, if I have issues with my feet again in the future I will definitely use Dr. Olsen and his staff. Thanks Doc.
