I recently went in for a toenail removal with Dr. Olsen and his team, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. I've been going for a few months now, and while services have been okay, the front office needs to work on communication and punctuality. First, it took them weeks to refer me to someone who conducts nerve testing for an ankle injury. I pushed back my follow up appointments as I didn't have results. Dr. Olsen was extremely patient and explained all my options thoroughly. He explained I have a pinched toenail, not an ingrown. He answered all my questions and offered information I didn't know I needed to know! Not all doctors are willing to help you help yourself like this. My procedure went amazing and I honestly feel like I met an angel! Would definitely recommend to my friends or family! 💚
Long story short!! I drove 4 hours for an app that was canceled without notice with another provider thank God I walk-in to this office really stressed out because of the situation and Anita was very very helpful and dr Olsen was able to check up on my daughter. They are both wonderful!!!
