I recently went in for a toenail removal with Dr. Olsen and his team, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. I've been going for a few months now, and while services have been okay, the front office needs to work on communication and punctuality. First, it took them weeks to refer me to someone who conducts nerve testing for an ankle injury. I pushed back my follow up appointments as I didn't have results. My visits with Dr. Olsen has always been great. Him and his assistant always made you feel welcome. They also never rush your visits and Dr. Olsen answers all my questions. Over all he is a great doctor to go to if you are having problem with your foot.
My experience was amazing! I called on Wednesday to see if there was any openings and they were able to schedule me the next day! How amazing is that! I have had extreme pain on my feet and Dr. Olsen eased my mind! Dr. Olsen is so patience he listens to your concerns. He makes sure that you leave with all your questions answered!
