I recently went in for a toenail removal with Dr. Olsen and his team, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. I had a great experience at Irving Foot & Ankle. The staff was very welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. The care I received was excellent, and I really appreciated how thorough and attentive they were. My foot feels so much better thanks to their work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing foot or ankle care!
My visits with Dr. Olsen has always been great. Him and his assistant always made you feel welcome. They also never rush your visits and Dr. Olsen answers all my questions. Over all he is a great doctor to go to if you are having problem with your foot.
Dr. Olsen was professional, knowledgeable, and helped relieve my foot pain quickly. They explained everything clearly and made the treatment process easy to understand. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with foot issues.
Long story short!! I drove 4 hours for an app that was canceled without notice with another provider thank God I walk-in to this office really stressed out because of the situation and Anita was very very helpful and dr Olsen was able to check up on my daughter. They are both wonderful!!!
