From the moment I first arrived until my post op appointment. I was treated with respect and compassion. Dr. Olsen and his staff did everything possible to assess my issue and provide multiple courses of treatment. He was very thorough when explaining my possible treatments up to and including the surgery I ended up having. No offense, but I hope I never have to be his patient again. However, if I have issues with my feet again in the future I will definitely use Dr. Olsen and his staff. Thanks Doc.
Dr Olsen did a great job performing some work on one of our family members toe! He went above and beyond to take care of the issue and made sure we were comfortable. He took the time to explain the issue and how to treat it. He removed a deep ingrown nail out of the toe. I would definitely recommend him to anyone as we have worked with 3 other doctors and he set the bar.
Dr. Kent is very helpful and makes you feel comfortable. I went in for a second ingrown toenail removal (the first time was with another podiatrist at a different location) and he and his staff were very friendly and seemed like they genuinely cared about you. He goes over procedures/possible causes of the issue you are having in detail to prepare you. Overall, would recommend! I’m glad I switched to this office!
