Went today for my appointment at 1:15 showed up at 1, filled out my paperwork there was only one woman ahead of me who was scheduled at 1pm. My appointment was at 1:15, did not get called back until 1:35 then sat for another 12 minutes for them to still never come in, i was there for an hour darn near and never saw a doctor. No one was in the waiting room with me they were not busy or had backed up appointments. Waiting 40 minutes for a doctor appointment that was scheduled is really weird. Staff was on point this morning and provided a great customer interaction experience. It is always a pleasure when visiting Dr Thomas. Very precisely and has great attention to detail. I’ve been working with Dr. Thomas for Nearly 2 years, but she has never led me astray. Highly recommended!
From the time you walk in your. Greeted like your family smile and hello, area is clean and smells nice not like other offices,dr i saw eye candy to look at while cutting toe nails im so happy i chose this podiatry clinic. Come out to blaine you will love it. And girls in blaine need a raise there never have time to sit Thats my opion...
Super friendly staff, easy to schedule and Dr Thomas is great and has helped me a lot. I'm able to take my puppy dogs for longer walks now!
Dr. Thomas does great work and very attentive. The Front desk is friendly. Appt was on time and all my questions were answered.
