Went today for my appointment at 1:15 showed up at 1, filled out my paperwork there was only one woman ahead of me who was scheduled at 1pm. My appointment was at 1:15, did not get called back until 1:35 then sat for another 12 minutes for them to still never come in, i was there for an hour darn near and never saw a doctor. No one was in the waiting room with me they were not busy or had backed up appointments. Waiting 40 minutes for a doctor appointment that was scheduled is really weird. Dr. Thomas was very friendly. I was at ease the moment he began trimming my nails and providing callous care. I dont know why I felt embarrassed. Dr. Thomas provided professional care with dignity and grace. The receptionists were professional while being friendly. I appreciate the dignity that everyone provided to me!
Hard to book appts for late afternoon. Husband wanted orthodics but was given a list to purchase on Amazon. Have never seen the same Dr twice. They definitely need a couple doctors at this location.
The visits have been quite beneficial. At this point I see that is the norm. Highly recommend for all things foot.
The redheaded guy working the front desk is an extreme "people person" that is very good at his job. This guy needs to be cherished.
