I checked in for my appointment that was scheduled 6 weeks ago and had to wait over 30 minutes before put into an exam room. Front office personnel seemed confused on the appointment time and quite defensive. My time is important to me. Dr. Nguyen very cordial and professional. She took extra care to address all issues and made adjustments to my shoes and did a tenotomy which was not part of the original appointment. High praise for her.

Dr. Peabody was great and had excellent bedside manner that was comforting to my son. Front desk and assistants were friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional experience here. Scheduling was easy and not too long of a wait for an appointment as a new patient. The ladies at the front desk were very nice- you could get a sense they enjoyed their job🙂 Dr. Nguyen was phenomenal. I was brought back early, she took her time to thoroughly explain things, and did a procedure all same day. Having had a similar procedure before I remember it being very painful and uncomfortable- Dr. Nguyen made it completely painless! I would recommend this office to anyone!

I was pleasantly surprised. I thought the treatment would be at a future date, this visit only for routine maintenance and a description of what would happen, IF I was even a candidate. But I had my left foot problem addressed today and an appointment made for my right foot next week. I couldn't be happier. Friendly staff too. Brought me right back.

The office did not record my appointment for today. The doctor added this appointment at the last minute last week. She did agree to see me before she goes to the hospital for surgery on one of her patients. I was pleased the way they handled the mix-up.
