I called early in the day during work hours to schedule an appointment. They are set up to not answer a call. Instead, the option is to leave a message and they will return the call. I waited several hours and called again. Same process, you cannot speak to anyone. Leave a message. Nobody bothered to return my calls. I'm sure they will say they were busy. So am I. I expected better response and I'll now find a Podiatry Center that actually wants my business.

Due to minor surgery on my ear I had to cancel my next day appointment with Dr Nguyen and rescheduled four weeks out. Great pleasure to meet Dr Nguyen July 17! We discussed an occasional pain I experience on both feet toes 4 & 5; perhaps due to the slightly heavier socks I wear. Dr Nguyen’s basic office treatment was as always superb so I am back to a regular 8 week office visit with my home care reducing growth on calloused areas on both feet every 10 days. Dr Nguyen provides First Class podiatry care!

I checked in for my appointment that was scheduled 6 weeks ago and had to wait over 30 minutes before put into an exam room. Front office personnel seemed confused on the appointment time and quite defensive. My time is important to me. Dr. Nguyen very cordial and professional. She took extra care to address all issues and made adjustments to my shoes and did a tenotomy which was not part of the original appointment. High praise for her.

Exceptional experience here. Scheduling was easy and not too long of a wait for an appointment as a new patient. The ladies at the front desk were very nice- you could get a sense they enjoyed their job🙂 Dr. Nguyen was phenomenal. I was brought back early, she took her time to thoroughly explain things, and did a procedure all same day. Having had a similar procedure before I remember it being very painful and uncomfortable- Dr. Nguyen made it completely painless! I would recommend this office to anyone!

I was pleasantly surprised. I thought the treatment would be at a future date, this visit only for routine maintenance and a description of what would happen, IF I was even a candidate. But I had my left foot problem addressed today and an appointment made for my right foot next week. I couldn't be happier. Friendly staff too. Brought me right back.
