Dr. Staub is a great professional. Attentive and takes his time to explain and take care of his patients. He also s casual but professional making you feel at ease.
I was extremely impressed with Midwest Podiatry! Easy to schedule appointment, convenient location, excellent staff, follow through and communications all superb. I requested custom orthotics and a consultation about bunion surgery. Highly recommend!
Appointment was on time. Nurse Zach explained well what would happen. Dr. Valley was quiet and very business like at first but loosened up and explained what he was doing and about other services they offered. He thanked me for coming in before I left.
Everyone I came into contact with were friendly and informational .. I felt comfortable with the doctor .. he was very nice and made me feel comfortable during my procedure.
I visited the office to have one of the nails on my big toe evaluated. The doctor tried to clip off a piece of the nail in order to have it evaluated for fungus. In so doing, the nail was lifted which resulted in a lot of pain and caused bleeding. No piece of the nail was removed as a result. The doctor proceeded to dab the bleeding toe with a piece of gauze and did not apply any topical ointment or cover the toe with any bandage. It continued to bleed through my sock until I could get home to soak my foot and cover the toe.... read more
