My overall experience has been positive. I had a procedure done and had a workup including an MRI, and ultimately surgery. The main reason for taking off a star is that the front office people often seemed somewhat disorganized in that when I was supposed to be scheduled for an MRI, they had forgotten to send the MRI orders to the radiologist, and so I had to call to get this moving, and this type of thing happened a few times during my interactions with them whether it was records related/scheduling etc. but overall at th... read more
I was impressed with Dr. Willkom. She's a 5 star. The reason for the three star review is that the scheduler told me my appointment was at one clinic and then I received a reminder call the day before my appointment and it was switched to a different clinic location that was much further from my home. While the clinic did offer to reschedule, I made special plans to come back into town (cutting a vacation short) for the appointment and rescheduling was not a great option.
I am happy to have used Midwest Podiatry. Trying various steps to bringing about healing has shown me that this doctor goes beyond simple diagnosis to find real ways the bring healing to a patient. Great Doctor.
Competent, friendly. Support staff handled the intake process well. And, Dr Larson provided a good evaluation and treatment. Nice new facility too.
I am not one to write reviews (this is my first one ever), but I felt like I'd be doing a disservice to others if I were to not share my experience with Midwest Podiatry Centers in Plymouth. I am writing this review 8 months after my initial visit. When I arrived on my first visit I was told there would be a short wait. What was not told to me was that the wait would be 90 minutes past my scheduled time and that I would not be seeing the doctor that I requested, but rather a doctor that was not even a permanent doctor at th... read more
