After spending 14 months with plantar fasciitis pain and trying everything (OTC orthotics, PT, OT, weight loss, stretching, strengthening, night brace, taping, massage, chiro for soft tissue work (the best thing I tried), rest, high drop shoes, zero-drop shoes, etc...), I finally opted for custom orthotics. I trust Dr. Peabody to always take good care of me. He is knowledgeable, good humored, and always shows patience in dealing with my ongoing problem. Front desk staff seem friendly and efficient, too.
From start to finish, my interactions were excellent. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Both gals at the front desk positively acknowledged my suggestion to include "where to park" on the website. The nurse who took me to the exam room was also friendly and to the point.
