The Check-in Staff was very kind and helped me to find my way out of the building and I’m very grateful. Dr. Mary was amazing and my toe is feeling almost pain free now.
After spending 14 months with plantar fasciitis pain and trying everything (OTC orthotics, PT, OT, weight loss, stretching, strengthening, night brace, taping, massage, chiro for soft tissue work (the best thing I tried), rest, high drop shoes, zero-drop shoes, etc...), I finally opted for custom orthotics. From start to finish, my interactions were excellent. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Both gals at the front desk positively acknowledged my suggestion to include "where to park" on the website. The nurse who took me to the exam room was also friendly and to the point.
