Website falsely advertises they "Guarantee" you can get an appointment within 5 days. Not true, today is 8/12/2024...said they can get me in "sometime in November"...when I confronted them about this as false advertisement they would not agree that was the case and offered excuses....then they hung up the phone. Also, when in their office a year ago I overheard a Dr. saying not to book a certain type of patient because "He couldn't make any money" on those types of visits.....should have trusted my gut then and started looki... read more

I sincerely hope there are better podiatry offices than this one. It is a factory. I was initially scheduled with Dr. Ripp. Dr. Gomez examined me instead, saying Dr. Ripp was too busy. I have had 1 phone appointment since to discuss my MRI results, which I had to schedule and pay for out of pocket because this office's referral system is useless, much like their phones. This is the worst doctor’s office I have ever worked with. I got a biopsy in late January & it’s now middle of May. They forgot to follow up with results about biopsy & when I finally actually got ahold of someone(took months), they were trying to book me for another app not for biopsy result. I finally got an appointment for follow up today, & I’m unable to go into the office due to a back injury. Dr. Ripp never even called. I’m at the point where I’m going to go to the medical board. My PTP sent me here on referral due to very painful shoulder 9/10 in intensity that presented itself while I was sleeping. I receive X-rays at this facility and shortly thereafter see Dr Bhandal and am told there is nothing wrong with my shoulder, it’s probably my neck. Their website says they treat neck and back yet for some reason this is the end of my visit, I’m told I should be seen by a neck and spine doctor. I leave feeling as if I wasted my time and money, still in pain with no answers or relief .

Update: The biggest laugh (& "F U" to their clients) of all is that they reply to all the bad feedback about their horrible phone system you can't get a person on the phone through, w/the incompetent message to 'call them on their phone system to resolve it'... it took over a month for a reply & I get complete USELESS ABSURDITY posted to an online review instead of a phone call from a person! They have NO intention of fixing this crucial problem. They don't care about their patients! The MAs are useless & have no desire to w... read more
