appointment was timely and all including reception and podiatrist were pleasant. Podiatrist took time to explain issues that my feet may experience, what to look for, and then what steps to take. Very informative.

Please reinforce etiquette on the staff when dealing with a transgendered patient! I had a ingrown toenail corrected. The procedure and service (outside of the comments I received) was great and it's been about 6 months after the fact and my toe has healed well. However I am only giving 2 stars because as a transgendered patient I received some rather unprofessional remarks that low-key were meant to challenge me about my gender identity. Today was my fourth visit, the second with Dr. Thomas. My toe fungus has been improving and he treated a new plantar wart. Again, he gave aggressive care on both toes and the wart. We talked about other concerns. I recommend this clinic.
Love Dr Vancil!! He has changed my life! I’ve suffered from sore feet, knees, and hips! It’s caused me bad sleep, low energy, and no motivation! After 1 visit his recommendations, education of my condition, and treatment plan have improved my life 99 percent!!! Thank you Dr Vancil for a new lease on life!
