My first appointment and I was great! No wait time, friendly and welcoming office staff, wonderful doctor! So happy to have found a new podiatrist that provided me with the 5 star quality service! Already have a 2nd appt scheduled!
Please reinforce etiquette on the staff when dealing with a transgendered patient! I had a ingrown toenail corrected. The procedure and service (outside of the comments I received) was great and it's been about 6 months after the fact and my toe has healed well. However I am only giving 2 stars because as a transgendered patient I received some rather unprofessional remarks that low-key were meant to challenge me about my gender identity. Love Dr Vancil!! He has changed my life! I’ve suffered from sore feet, knees, and hips! It’s caused me bad sleep, low energy, and no motivation! After 1 visit his recommendations, education of my condition, and treatment plan have improved my life 99 percent!!! Thank you Dr Vancil for a new lease on life!
Today was my fourth visit, the second with Dr. Thomas. My toe fungus has been improving and he treated a new plantar wart. Again, he gave aggressive care on both toes and the wart. We talked about other concerns. I recommend this clinic.
I was pleased with my first visit to Midwest Podiatry in St. Anthony. Dr. Thomas was efficient, thorough, and very pleasant.
