Fine courteous staff, very professional in the way Sandy the nurse conducts herself yet being friendly as well!!! When ztheclady who answers the phone, I believe that her name is Rose, she is always very polite never seems rattled or in a hurry still is a complete joy to speak to when an appointment or other questions come up!! Thanks to those to ladyship and of course the Doctor I'll be confident in continuing my visits with this practice!!
