Very unprofessional group. I tried to use my care credit card there. They don’t accept it which is fine but the office told me I could do a balance transfer. That is an absolute lie and you cannot do that. I was on the phone with care credit for an hour with multiple different supervisors and they do not do that. My son has needed foor surgery for months now and they keep canceling for stupid reasons. The receptionist called me the day before his surgery which was tomorrow, and canceled because they are having trouble with insurances. she said it wasn't just my son's insurance, it was everybody's. She was rude about it and said to call back in 2 weeks to see if they got the problem fixed. They know my son is in alot of pain and still keeps canceling! We're done! For not introducing themselves to new patients. Not telling them what they are injecting into my foot. And not automatically charging $60 cash for over the counter insoles without trying to charge insurance for patients without first informing the patient. I simply needed a call to my Dr. for the insoles to be covered.
