Dr. Leibovitz is very thorough and personable. He explains things clearly . His staff was kind and professional. They were able to schedule me the next day and there wasn't any wait time the day of the appointment.

I am so glad that I chose this doctor. He is very thorough, each visit, explaining in detail what is occurring, procedures, expectations, options if any, all in layman terms. He will give you great examples and take the time that you need in order to assure that you are comfortable with all aspects of treatment. The whole staff is very professional and delightful, all making you feel at ease. A post surgery call the same evening along with a cell number given in case needed. Very comforting!

I have been seeing Dr. Leibovitz for approximately 15 years. My reason is I have over pronation and require orthotics. Nothing I did to cause this, but hereditary. So much to say to my “younger self.” Wear lower heals or athletic shoes, shoes with proper support. I can no longer wear “pretty shoes” or sandals. More than likely, I will have to have braces. I am 68+ years old and I have accepted braces may be in my future. However, it is more important for me to maintain my independence than worry about shoes. I have an older ... read more

When I visited Dr. Leibovitz, I was expecting to meet a friendly smiling face like the one I saw online where I first learned about him. Unfortunately, I never saw a smile once. Instead, I met a doctor with short, snappy answers with a demeanor that came across intimidating, gruff, inpatient, and offensive. I left feeling let-down and confused with negative vibes. I was hoping for a nurturing doctor. The staff, however, Courtney and Lori, couldn't have been more friendly, helpful, and positive.

Business response:

I apologize that you had a negative experience. Having a patient feel comfortable and well-informed is a main priority of the service we provide here, and that you did not leave feeling either is disheartening. If you would like to discuss your experience further, or have any questions that you would like clarification on, please call the office at 317-545-0505 and I will be happy to speak with you.

I went to Dr. Leibovitz for a second opinion, and I left much more confused about my options to treat my foot. He kept suggesting a temporary fix for my problems and wouldn't discuss other long-term options at my request. He rushed me out before I could ask all of my questions and didn't seem to care about me as a patient.

Business response:

I apologize that we provided confusing information. In a second opinion our goal is to review all treatment options, the risks and benefits, and expected return to activity. I know this can be an overwhelming amount of information. I strongly recommend conservative options prior to surgery if I believe it will benefit my patient but surgical correction is always discussed. If you did not get enough information to make a treatment decision that is best for you I am sorry.
