I was so impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of Dr. Lockwood and her staff as well as the excellent treatment I received. I actually timed it one day and I was in and out in 15 minutes without feeling rushed! I appreciated the thorough, up-front explanation of the billing/insurance process as well as what my treatment would be. Wish all drs. ran their practices and provided the level of service and treatment Dr. Lockwood and her staff provides.
I am so happy that my mom is in the care of Dr. Lockwood and her medical team. Dr. Lockwood and her staff are very competent and professional. She is so warm and fun that it is always a treat to visit! Dr. Lockwood handled my broken toes and torn tendon with care and humor! The boot, after all, was quite stylish! Love this practice!!
I visited the clinic this morning, and received excellent service. Everything was explained to me, and I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Lockwood took her time examining me, and was friendly too. Her staff was equally excellent, personable and friendly. I would recommend this clinic for others considering a podiatrist.
